Upon check- in I was told they were sold out and that they did not see my reservation although I had already booked and prepaid online, I was then told to leave and they would call me in 30 to 45 minutes to try to figure it out, once I finally received a room key walking by the pool was disgusting filled with nasty water, the facility is a bit run down and hallways could be better kept, however the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the fire alarm went off around 4am and we were not notified as what was going on

We stayed 1 night, but would be comfortable staying several. Our room was clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great location. There was not a blow dryer in the room, and with the hair I have, it is much needed after a wash. Husband went to front desk and they could not find one. A few minutes later 1 was brought to our room. Great service and much appreciated. We will stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff! Breakfast was great! Location was great, next to the mall and several restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The room was comfortable, the furniture in excellent condition and clean. I enjoyed the full size refrigerator and the well equipped kitchen. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. I will stay at Residence Inns during future trips. The breakfast was wonderful. Not the typical free breakfast at some hotels.

Staff should be better trained

Pros: Free breakfast
Hotel clerk that checked us in didnt know what she was doing. Tried to charge us more than triple for Incidentals, when she finally figured it out (AFTER she asked us to come back an hour later to check in) she still ended up charging my credit card without my permission and the card we asked her to use. When I called the GM to get a resolution, I never received a call back

This was a nice place to stay
