BEWARE.....!!!!! We booked a suite room that had a queen and 2 sets of bunk beds and said slept 6 people. When we went to check in they made me pay extra for 2 more water park passes because they said the room only comes with 4 water park passes. No where on the reservation does it say this room only comes with 4 water park and that you need to buy additional so all 6 will have a pass. Also they allow outside people to come and use the water park for the day. So my sister n law was driving 2 hours with her 2 kids to come play with my kids for the day. So when I checked in I asked if I could purchase their tickets later on that evening right here where I was checking in and the gal told me absolutely. After getting settled in I went back down to buy there tickets and they informed me they didn’t have anymore water park tickets to sell. No mind you she was already on her way, almost there after a 2 hour drive and they would sell me any more tickets. They said that they allow each room to buy only 6 tickets and that’s it and they only allow so many outside tickets sold and they where sold out. I understand they can only allow so many people in at one time but don’t you think that girl should of told me that when I asked her and they should have that information posted somewhere online when you make the reservation. Thank goodness another guest behind me let me buy her extra 2 tickets they would allow her to buy for her room, she only needed 4. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
