Do not stay here. The guest service representative named Mallory was extremely rude and disrespectful. She charged us for a room that we did not book and when we questioned the accommodations, she responded by saying the hotel purposefully overbooked the hotel and did not have a room available. When I asked to speak to a manager after she declined to issue a refund, she smirked and responded that we had “booked through a 3rd party and she would not be able to help us”. Upon calling for the manager the next day, I spoke to the manager, Jolene, we were again told they would not issue a refund for overbooking the hotel and she hung up.
This dishonest practice by Hilton Hotels and their employees is a disgrace to the brand.

Great hotel. Was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t complimentary. 8.95 per breakfast isn’t complimentary. Other than that we loved the hotel. Pool area was clean and temperature controlled well.
