Staff were terrific, especially Karen (I think I remember her name) on 21 March. She was so helpful in making our reservations work together so we didn't have to change rooms after two nights. Room was clean. Fixtures are a bit dated. Wish all motels and hotels had raised toilets -- this one doesn't. As we age, it's getting more of a challenge to get up from the low toilet seats. LOL Parking was easy. Good regular food restaurant just across the parking lot. All in all, we had a good stay. If you're in Othello, this is a good place to stay.

Very nice staff and easy to check in. The door has a huge crack in between the frame and you could see inside the hotel from outside the door. At night, you could hear everything going on outside and inside including the furnace/heaters next door. Breakfast, it would be nice to have some soft butter instead of putting in in the fridge where it was super hard so you couldn't spread it on the waffles. At least have a microwave to soften it or get some soft spread. Maybe even some strawberries and whipped cream. Who wants to eat waffles with hard butter? Other than that, the stay was nice and convenient. If I need it again, I'll stay there as a repeat customer.
