I reserved this room and I requested a 1st floor room because I’m handicapped and in dialysis. So when I checked in the front desk told me there were no 1st floor rooms for me. There are two flights of steps to the room. I could not bring my scooter to the room which makes it easier for me to get around. Instead I had to use crutches. And I stayed in the room for the whole stay because I did not want to fall on the steps. If I was nasty I would sue them for not having a room handicap accessible. This was a Christmas weekend that I had to stay in the room the whole time. Very disappointing!

Charged the wrong anount at residence in. Approx 150/ night for 3 days was charged in excess of 700 dollars.

Apologies for any confusion with check-in and credit card authorizations. At $150/night for 3 nights with a $250 incidental hold, that totals to $700. The incidental hold releases after checkout pending no additional charges or damages. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Apologies for that! We always have whole and sliced fruit during breakfast, but we've recently had many athletes staying with us, so perhaps you missed it.

Old and dingy

Overall, room 914 was clean with the exception of a couple of large ants that I found in the bathroom. In addition, the door stopper in the bathroom was rusted out and could have posed serious safety/health issues if anyone cut themselves and got a bad infection, etc. the door hinges were also rusty and dirty looking. The patio windows looked dirty and unkept. The parking lot is small and I had to park far away and walk with the kids.

Not impressed

I had a 2 BR Penthouse loft. It was good size but a bit worn, nice kitchen, bed was ok. Some people slammed their doors which was annoying. Quiet otherwise, a bit hard to get to off of Rt 70.

great rooms

Very nice, new-ish & clean rooms. Good beds. Clean kitchens. Price steeper than warranted - excuse is proximity to Phila., but you would be stupid to stay here to see Phila., i.e. Getting to Phila. is a traffic nightmare from here. The place is hard to find - past it twice trying to find, & if you are going the wrong way it is impossible to turn around on this hellish 8 lane wide Rt. 70. Signage poor. Hot breakfast reasonably good. Staff overworked, but friendly WHEN they are off the phone. Pool is mediocre & right on busy highway. Property well kept & truely great rooms.
