Property is a bit run down. Rooms need updating. Shower head away from wall, tub chipped, floor dirty. Room not serviced, had to ask for towels, toilet paper. No hairdryer upon arrival and no ironing board. We were going to a wedding.

The rooms were ok, just ok. I have no real complaints. Overall it was just OK. My stove in the room did not work and the flooring through the entire hotel was obviously done by some one with little to no experience. They also do not honor any Choice Diamond member privileges'. Just a heads up.

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures listed. We checked in early and left within 35 minutes. The beds were hard as rocks and gave my family rashes. The flooring in the room was torn in some spots due to poor maintenance. The hotel smelt like Marijuana. The front desk clerk was very nice and courteous until I expressed I wanted to check out early due to the condition of the room, as well as the rashes we received from laying in the beds after only 15 minutes. I asked about receiving a full refund and I was told I would have to be refunded through Travelocity. The receptionist told me there was no general manager on site. After contacting Travelocity on several occasions, being placed on hold for an hour, hung up on multiple times- I finally got through to a representative. A refund is supposed to be processed within 10 business days. I’ll keep everyone posted. Needless to say, we will NEVER book without seeing a hotel in person again. Our entire first day of our beach trip was spent finding a place to stay that was affordable and decent.
