My ferry was changed at last minute so was very early coming in. I was exhausted but decided to see if I could check in. Cindy at the front desk was very accommodating and I was in my room laying down within 20 minutes of walking in the front door!

It was busy and staff showed it. Room was clean, breakfast had run out and had to wait for things, but as it was busy I understood. When checking out, only one person at desk and a huge lineup. I left keycard on desk after waiting fifteen minutes with four ahead of me. I knew I could do this but wanted to say thank you.
