Directly across the street from the Scarborough beaches, North, closest. Quiet environment, though noise from up-stairs does travel to downstairs room below. Lovely grounds. Cons: No coffee or tea for the morning - no machines in rooms or available within a car ride. "Dad's" next door, has good lunch/dinner choices and ice cream - not opening [until 10a] so no coffee.
