"My husband and I stayed here on our last leg of our Route 66 trip. I was nervous since reviews and pictures can be deceiving. From the moment we drove up I knew it was a good choice. The hotel was beautiful and inviting from the outside. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We drove right up to our door. The room was clean and spacious. The decor, linens and beds were updated, clean and comfortable. I’m not religious but spiritual. There was a beautifully written plaque on the wall that I read to my husband. It gave a very Peaceful feeling to our room. The bathroom was also updated and super clean. My husband and I travel a lot. We have stayed in high end hotels and some nasty places as well. This place is a gem. I would stay here again in a minute. The price was right as well. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking of booking. You won’t be disappointed. "

"Location was great—within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Room was recently updated—comfortable and cozy! Loved the delicious homemade cookies at check-in and the garden patio is a nice added benefit!"
