Thank you for taking the time out of your day to submit a review. The $25 facility fee allows you to connect to the Wi-Fi, provides you with access to the waters, coffee, and tea in the room, as well as access to the Equinox Fitness Club. I do however want to apologize for the inconvenience that you endured with the the TV and remote. I will be sure to direct this issue to our engineering department so that they can correct this for all future guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Should you ever find yourself in the Greater New York area again, we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again!
