Located just blocks from great restaurants, downtown Norfolk, CHKD, EVMS, Norfolk General, and a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: First bedroom has a queen size bed

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55"" Smart TV and high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

Getting Around:
All vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
