Hello! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. When booking on any 3rd party website, bedding configurations will always be a request. While we do our best to accommodate these, it is not always possible. As for the pool temperature, the weather index has been reaching extreme highs and unfortunately due to the pools being outdoors we can not control how hot the pools get thanks to the harsh sun and heat. We also make sure that our self-sustainability is clearly outlined at the start of your stay so there are no surprises when you enter the cottage or during your stay.
