Overall, our experience at the property was positive. The cottage provided a tranquil environment, and the ease of access made coming and going a breeze. However, one minor inconvenience was the limited supply of towels, which meant sharing among our group of five until we discovered the extra towels tucked away under the TV cabinet upon check-out. Additionally, the lack of information regarding amenities’ locations could be improved to enhance the guest experience. On a positive note, the staff member who checked us in at 1 AM was exceptional. Despite the late hour, she was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth arrival process. Since we had a rental car, we didn’t utilize the resort’s transportation services, but the availability of staff made a positive impression.

Hair and around the inside sheets of all beds and bugs underneath the pillows. Really disgusting. We left the property immediately after we arrived and had to find a hotel at 1am. Unsanitary conditions at the worst. I have pictures to prove all the claims. Be advised they haven’t reach out for a refund yet.
