Although requested the room was never serviced the week we were there. Had to request towels, wash clothes etc. numerous times. Observed others upset in the hallways asking staff for cleaning, towels, etc. Furniture worn and nasty looking with small refrigerator sitting on the floor instead of a cabinet or built in. Many areas need maintenance. Grossly overpriced and extremely dissatisfied with our stay. May never stay in a Marriott property again. We should get a sizable refund. They shouldn’t book rooms they can’t service to standards. I’ll be writing Bill Marriott personally to state my disappointment in this property.

We were told that your hotel was very close to the Hertz Arena and we were shocked to find it was 45 minutes away! Uber and Taxi drivers are very confused when we try to direct them to the Captiva Towers, you need a nice big sign out by the stop sign so they can see where to turn.
