It was perfect except they had someone working on the room next door so we heard lots of banging on the walls and the room door slamming shut constantly until 7PM and early in the morning. Other than that it would have been perfect.

We spent 8 nights at the Pensacola Beach Resort and it was paradise!! We booked a king gulf front, but were upgraded to a king executive suite! The room had a king bed which seemed massive, and a wrap around balcony! The bathroom was huge, and the shower was the largest one in any of our previous hotels! Parking was included, and there are 2 levels of garage inside parking, with the lowest level having a walkout to the beach. It also has n incredible walk in outside pool which we didn’t use since the weather was a little chilly! Overall, we absolutely loved this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

The property is nicely decorated, clean, modern and the rooms are very spacious. The balcony view of the gulf is incredible. The entire staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy with your experience. This will for sure be our go to place to stay in the future.

It is totally worth splurging on the panoramic room with the wrap around balcony! Pete at the bar is amazing, ask him about the best Tequila. Mr.Scott the bellman knows everything about the area.

I would prefer to give this resort a good review and can not. They are dishonest. I have made multiple calls and spent hours online trying to iron this out to no avail. If you stay here be sure to get a printed out reciept (which I usually dont but this time I thankfully did) and EXAMINE it before leaving the property.
