The beds were too hard and i had food charged to my room that we didnt order. The place was very clean and nice but my back hurt really bad i could barely walk after a couple days in that hard bed

We “rented” a cabana. When we arrived, no one came to greet us and we waited about 45 minutes to be served but no one came. So my husband took the kids to the pool and I went to the bar to order drinks. The bartender refused to serve me because we had a cabana and told me that I would have to wait in the cabana for our waiter. 46 minutes later he FINALLY arrived. I first asked how much our food and beverage credit was and he responded that he would have to check the computer and “he didn’t want to do that" So he demanded my credit card, too. I explained to him that we wanted non alcoholic drinks and pointed to the menu in the “zero proof cocktail” section. I ordered two strawberry daquris and a pina colada. It took over a half hour to get the drinks and when they arrived the pina colada had a huge shot of booze in it. So my husband had to go and have it remade. From then on we were totally ignored. We were unable to order anything else including food so we had to leave to go get something to eat. I couldn even get my credit card back because the “waiter” took it hostage. THEN they charged me MORE than they were supposed to for the cabana when they did not provide a service AND they had the audacity to charge my card for another $37, when we had a food and beverage credit!!!! I emailed them immediately about the issue with no response. I went to the front desk and all my info was taken down but again no one contacted me. Bar none worst customer service EVER.

Extremely clean and the vibe we were going for. A couple of disappoints were the property doesn’t offer room service which is a bummer. Salty rim bar food is pretty bad compared to the other restaurants and the food presentation and delivery is odd. A dude walks around with your items in a bag and plastic container. I thought he was a tamale guy at first. I prefer to have real silverware and plates. Lastly euphoria fish bar isn’t staffed properly at lunch and you can’t eat outside which is annoying. Alternative is to get your food to go or eat at salty rim which I wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise the staff is amazing, drinks are good and reasonably priced, room and balcony were amazing.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Great food. Great atmosphere! The pool was great and the s'mores around the fire pit was a very nice touch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property as a staycation or a vacation!!
