the worst place ive ever stayed.

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
the bedding was all stained the curtins were stained.they never serviced the room for three days. i asked twice for new sheets and pillow cases.it was the worst place i have ever stayed.

There's cheap, and then there's.... *this.*

Pros: Cheap, beats sleeping in the car, but only because it had a bed. Car would've been a lot less hassle/stress.
Cons: Customer service
Location: Columbia Park is always beautiful to visit. They also have a trampoline park in Kennewick. Go see plays in Richland by the Richland Players.
I'm used to things not being the best and making due because hey, I wanted a bed on a budget, and it beats sleeping in the car. You get what you pay for. This, though, was something else. I'd booked the room in advance and was on my way up when a friend landed in the hospital unexpectedly. She passed away soon after, but we were able to make it to the hospital and sit with her husband while we waited for her family to come in before they pulled the plug. The delay, while well worth it and no regrets had, ultimately meant we wouldn't be able to check in until the day after our stay was supposed to begin. The hotel refused to budge, however, and insisted that if we didn't check in on time, our room would be cancelled and we would still need to pay for the entirety of the stay. The main thing they kept repeating was "you still need to pay." Travelocity to the rescue, we were able to stay anyway. No customer service might've been better at that point than the extreme level of *bad* they had there. Front desk barely spoke english beyond the quote above. The room was fairly standard, cheap motel wise. There was no hot water though, and the front desk locks up everything but one door in the far back of the building after 9pm. If you want to get to your room/the front desk/lobby, you had to go through there. Also, the room keys are only good for a day, which doesn't necessarily mean 24 hours. To get into your room, you needed to have the front desk recharge your key card every nig

This hotel is a total dive

Cons: No free Internet, Noisy
At check in, the clerk was in dirty clothes and had bad body odod...this was the prelude to the room. In the room we found, the laminate floor dirty...and cold. There were cob webs on the ceiling. The baseboards were torn throughout the room. There were patches on the wall where fixtures had been removed. There were burn holes in the blanket. The shower curtain was mildewed. The joke in my family was that there was free coffee in the morning...for those who survived!

Could not sleep feared something would happen.

Security was terrible, the room was so dirty that we were afraid to walk on the floor with are bare feet. Picture on internet must have been taken years ago. We would have gotten are money back and went somewhere else but they would not give a refund. Granted it wasn't the top rated motel but you at least expected to find it clean. There wasn't even pillow cases on our pillows. They surely didn't know how to use a vacuum cleaner. My husband will never let me live this one down.

DO NOT STAY HERE

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The place was filthy. There were spider webs all over. It stunk like damp mold. The dresser drawers were broken and tipping outwards. I wouldn't put my one year old down, because the floors had something spilled on them in several different places. It was absolutely disgusting. My older son was terrified to let me out of his sight. We tried the phone book to stay anywhere but there, but there were no vacancies.

What was I thinkin

This place shouldn't ever be open. The place in unsafe. They tried to tell me that the pool wasn't open cause it had some heat damage. Yeah heat from a fire. There was mold in the bathroom. The room smelled like smoke. Also as a firefighter I look to see if the place was fire safe. And it wasn't. The smoke alarm in the room didn't work, and the fire extinguisher at the end of the hallway was gone. After that I talked to my friends and we were gone. It takes allot to have three military guys leave a place. Oh yeah they ain't returning the money for the room. SO PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Never stay again

The building had a terrrible odor when you went in the main hall to your room. When walking across the floor it would give like it was rotten under the carpet. Got to the room and it also smelled bad. So I went to the window to open it and there was mold on the window seal. The wall paper was peeling off. The carpet was very dirty. The sheets did not feel clean and felt like they were 20 years old. The refrigerator in the room was so iced up it wasn't even cold.

No Value Here

Wall paper peeling off walls, carpets stained and dirty. Musty smell. Did not see pool but would not have gotten into it based on what I saw the room looking like. Hotel in bad need of repairs.

You get what you pay for...

It's not a 4-star hotel, but for one of the cheapest hotels in Pasco, it was more than OK. For the price, sure it was old and the hallways smelled smokey, but the room was clean and smelled fine. I didn't expect 4-star quality, but I expected a clean place to get a good night's sleep. I got exactly what I expected.

Never again!

The Vineyard Inn was terrible in May of 2007. The building is in decline, seriously in need of renovation. I'm sure the carpet has not been updated since this place was built (late 60's early 70's I'm guessing). They say it was renovated in 1997, but it must have been condemned if it was renovated in 1997! There is no spa, the pool was also a 70's decor, no spa as stated. I was told (in gest from an employee) that I could run the stairs in lew of the exercise room, that was not there. The office staff were just shy of rude, they were not hospitible at all though, they were very busy.
