Check in was fast and easy. The front desk person was fantastic and very personable. The breakfast was very good and the dining area was clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay at this property next time we are in the Petoskey area.

Very large room and huge bathroom. Everything functional but a bit dated. HVAC was very good with "Constant Fan" feature. Eggs were pretty poor but waffles smelled good with other breads available.

It appears you did not have a good stay. Unfortunately you did not mention any specifics, so it gives us nothing to use for improvement or validate this review was for our hotel. As a minimum I hope you informed the staff so they could address your issues immediately.

Very large rooms with good HVAC system w constant fan on setting . A bit dated, but very nice versus the newer hotels that are small and cramped. Breakfast eggs were pretty bad though, but other selections
