This beautiful A-frame sits on 2 lots, has a quiet secluded setting, and is one block from Lake Charlevoix. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs and one bathroom, with a spiral staircase leading to a loft area with 4 additional twin beds.
Enjoy lounging on the large front deck and grilling on the backyard grill. It has a large front yard for outdoor activities away from the street. This rental is within walking distance of downtown Boyne City with Concerts in the Park, Friday Night's "Stroll the Streets", Weekend Festivals, Farmer's Market and great shopping and restaurants. It is also close to Avalanche Preserve Recreation Area where you can enjoy hiking, biking, and disc golf on the mountain.
There is plenty of space to have a boat and trailer with launching areas close by. Bring all of your water toys and gear to enjoy beautiful Lake Charlevoix and all of the surrounding lakes.
Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away where you can enjoy golf, skiing and Avalanche Bay Water Park.

Our two families really enjoyed making dinner and hanging out in this sweet place which we rented to go to Avalanche Bay waterpark. It was particularly fun for the kids to have their own sleeping loft with four twin beds. Our beds were comfortable and we liked seeing the lake as well. Thanks!

Great house, great location.
We stayed for a family ski vacation and the location could not have been more perfect. It’s less than 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain and about 30 minutes from Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. It’s also a mile from Downtown Boyne City, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. We also like the proximity to Charlevoix and all the area wineries.
