In spite of the current mask mandate the hotel staff was not wearing masks, guests weren't required to wear masks, in spite of the fact that the elevator posted notices stated that masks were now required, vaccinated or not. I was not comfortable at all in the hotel because I was traveling with my 13 year old grandson as well as for my well being. When I inquired at the front desk the young lady kept shaking her head as if tired of me asking about the requirements to which she answered there were none. when I asked for a manager I was told there would not be one on site until after Monday!! As far as the room, the 1st one was not what I had reserved, a suite, and the AC was not working. They did move us to a suite which was basically clean but the dishwasher was running so felt there had not been 48 hours between guests in that space. There was no hairdryer, no remote for the bedroom TV, the phone did not work so I couldn't reach the front desk or housekeeping (just had a constant busy sound no matter how you tried to dial). My grandson had to go down to request a bathmat and additional towel. When he asked for the hairdryer was told they did not provide them. Besides the COVID safety rules which were being totally ignored, these last items are somewhat minor issues but when you pay $200 for one night you would expect these to be readily available. We visited a friend staying at the Marriott Airport and all the staff were wearing masks as were the guests in the common areas.

I chose this hotel because my family members booked it. The front desk staff were unprofessional. The bathroom floor had not been thoroughly cleaned, my niece had a roach in her room (and moved to another hotel),masks were not enforced. The hotel looked liked an extended stay for the residents of the city as I watched a few of them come in with laundry baskets as suitcases. The best thing about this hotel was the air conditioning. The room definitely got cold enough for me and my husband. There are absolutely better options near by.

Initially sent to an unmade room. Then to another; hope it was empty for 48 hours. Not clarified. Room was ok. Shower didn’t drain.

The property was new and in good condition. We booked here because they offered a shuttle to the airport and were only planning on staying here 1 night. The area is sketchy and no restaurants in walking distance. There is a Harrah's Casino close which has restaurants. They provided shuttle service which was nice. The staff was very kind.
