Awful, awful, awful. If you are okay with paying a lot for very little, this is your place. If you’re planning on using the fold out couch or a rollaway bed, be prepared for springs to be poking you at night and the worst sleep ever. Even with the padding of three blanks between the mattress and sheets my child still chose to sleep on the floor rather then the pull out couch. When I requested a new room with two queen beds because the mattresses were so bad on the rollaway and pulI out, I was only given another room just like the one I already had. The breakfast is ok but you have to get there before the staff gets there and the selection is very limited. The price is definitely not worth it. We will never go here again.

Very nice place to stay with kids! Room is very accommodating, not a large room but has everything to make it comfortable for your stay. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was not clean. Sheets were stained and still had crumbs between the top sheet and fitted sheet.

Quiet rooms that were very clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms throughout, such as the breakfast area, lobby, halls, etc. Parking lot well lit. Has charging stations for electric vehicles. Grounds were kept clean. Staff was great. Dogs allowed.

Jessica was the first person I encountered on entering the building. WHAT A DELIGHT!! Homewood Suites-you have gem there. I called the front desk because of the stale smoke smell in my room. She immediately came with a deodorizer (which she left with me) and a box of goodies!! I had concerns about the a/c and asked if there had been a problem with it. I found out the next day while we were out for the evening, Jessica had checked 3 separate times to be sure our room was cooling properly. While I was checking in, she excused herself to go chase an unaccompanied child who had wandered out the front door! This is customer service at it's best. She's a keeper!!! Thank you Jessica, for being the epitome of hospitality :) As far as the accommodations, the bed was comfortable. As stated though, the room was STINKY. It is sold as a non-smoking room. There were burn marks on the rug and sofa. The only way to eliminate that is to renovate-new carpeting, paint, furniture and furnishings. Febreeze just can't hide it and the cooler air didn't help. If I had been spending more time in the room I would have requested a room change-it was that bad :(

Great hotel! Best free breakfast! So many choices. Even the in room snacks and drinks are free. Very clean and comfortable Many restaurants around. Don’t pay attention to the websites notice that they have no front desk and you need to call ahead to make arrangements for check in. NOT TRUE. They have a front desk.
