Never again. No coffee maker, no mini fridge, no microwave. Property was too big for convenience of getting around.

My Travelocity reservation was for a queen bed non-smoking room with microwave and refrigerator. At the hotel front desk, I was given a queen bed in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke (not from outside) and did not have microwave or small refrigerator.

The room was mostly clean. There were pastichio checks in the floor under the edge of the bed and the tub was sticky. My stay was for 3 days and I had no hot water all 3 days I complained and nothing was done. I’m having to call the manager over and over leaving message after message with 0 return calls. UNACCEPTABLE

My first night started with walking in to a very strong cannabis smell. Then when I finally tried to sleep the fire alarm started to chirp. I had to be moved because they couldn’t fix it. Had someone check in next to me who was yelling at about 4 am. Pleasant. I would avoid this hotel or spend the extra money for something more clean and enjoyable. Great location next to the mall and various restaurants. I suppose you get what you pay for. Wouldn’t come back.
