After being advised that there was only 1 room left, implying i got lucky (as if i hadnt already reserved the room) i was advised that there was minor ceiling damage in the bathroom. At a first glance the room looked decent and somewhat modern. Once i went to check the damage in the bathroom ceiling, i was shocked to see it had extensive water damage on the 1 ceiling tile directly above the toilet. At a closer inspection, i was able to see that there was an electrical boxing pressing down on the tile, vulnerable to the water directly under (Toilet). After being concerned from i now look over to the shower ceiling to find more damage. The shower itself looked dirty. Now i began to inspect the room because now and days with everything going on, you want to ensure the room you stay in is cleaned, if even at a minor level. When i looked at the towels on the rack, also directly under the open water damaged ceiling, i can see that look almost yellowish and have black specs on them with strands of hair. Seeing that clearly the towels werent washed, i moved over to the bad. As i pull up the blanket the first thing i see is a yellow stain. Which although not to massive, it made me concerned to lay down on it. Wanted to

Thanks For your Feedback.This incident is not Ok and We took Action about this incident. During Check in You Have Been Advised that only 1 room is left on bottom floor of which 1 tile of drop ceiling is missing and that room was out of order. You still insisted us to give you that room because its on bottom floor and you dont want to climb stairs for 2nd floor. Sorry for this experience and give us another try next time. Thank you
