The staff were very kind. The breakfast was wonderful. The carpets felt and looked dirty and there was a smell of cigarette/weed in the halls and our non-smoking room.

Wow! The night lady staff was the rudest that I have ever encountered before. I had approached the desk after waiting a couple minutes because nobody ead there and she rudely artacked me by saying she onlynwas gone for 2 seconds! Which was so not true!! I had to.come after my own clean towels. She said that i could have requested housecleaning. I looked forma sign iny room.nut didnt see one. She said when i checked in, i should habe been asked. She had chexkes me in rhe night before and did not ask if i wanted house leaning so i just assumed that i would have fresh towels! Not happy with the service!
