Hot tub . The jets were programmed so high that water just continuously rolled out and all over pool area. Very dangerous and the chlorine fumes burnt our eyes. We could only stay 5 minutes.

Trish at the front desk went above and beyond when Travelocity made an error with our reservation. I recommend the hotel but I am never booking with Travelocity again.

Liked the large bottles of product & that they were KIND products. There aren’t enough safety features in the tub shower: floor slippery & needs better grip feature when standing on it. Current setup needs at least another handicap bar. No instructions with coffee maker. The most insubstantial, wobbly ironing board I’ve ever used!! We were in town for a funeral & it was very difficult to get clothes ready. I made reservation at the wrong Hampton by mistake & wanted to switch my reservation to the Hampton closer to funeral home. Travelocity said they called the original booking facility but they would not allow the switch without paying for both rooms. Lesson learned: book directly with hotel & skip Travelocity.

Stay was ‘ok’ - beds (mattress) are very uncomfortable and pillow are not the best! Prefer vending machines over the ‘store’ behind the front desk! Also, breakfast ends at 9:30 - went down at 9:00 and there wasn’t any food left but some cereal. Very disappointed. For the price of the stay it was fine but probably would choose another hotel next time.

Good location
I was given a room behind the elevator and I am a light sleeper. Other than that, pretty good hotel for one night stop. Also the hotel lady was very nice let me stay on the common area after check out for couple of hours!
