When I opened the door to my room it smelled like wet laundry I turned on the air conditioner to try to air it out the next day I went to my event left the air on came back and when I open the door it smells like dirty socks I went down to the desk and told the manager that my room smelled like dirty socks and requested a different room I was told that the hotel was booked and they were unable to accommodate me so they offered me for a breeze or Lysol to get rid of the odor I took the Lysol and sprayed the room and then left when I came back it was a little bit better

Room clearly had a water leak or some type of massive issue as it was damp everywhere. Disappointed as there were so many other hotels that I could have chosen instead

When we arrived in our room #403, we found a pair of mens underwear in the cabinet. When I pulled out the sofa bed there were large crumbs and old food stuck to the mattress. A mug was dirty and a spoon was jagged and sharp probably from getting chewed up in the dishwasher. Also the toilet seat does not stay up. Other than that, the staff seem really nice. The breakfast was great. The location is convenient and the room is large. Im not sure if we will ever stay here again.
