This is an old hotel, clearly built in the heyday of the old Pittsburgh Airport. It's independently owned and operated and, truthfully, I don't know what Wyndham's stipulations are for maintaining their name on a property, but it's clearly pretty low. The owner and staff seem kind, but this property is way out of their ability to make nice. The "continental breakfast" was boxes of cafeteria cereal with cartons of milk (no bowls) some oranges and some white white bagels. The hotel was completely cold- not sure if they're not running heat to keep the bills low, but run to your room. The exterior door to the stairway doesn't lock, so if you want to go check it out, go for it. You can walk right in. You have to duck like buddy the elf to take a shower, and the room was generally in mediocre shape. (Dont investigate too much.) We slept in our sleeping bags. I'm sure the ownership means well, but this place prob shouldn't be in business, or at the very least, not have a wyndham name on it or be charging almost market prices for a room.

This property was extremely disappointing. The front desk said the computer system was all messed up and he was the only person working. The couple in front of us had been given a room that was already occupied...twice. When we received our key (30 minutes later) he announced the room number in front of 2 men standing beside us, which didn't feel exactly safe. I am a woman traveling with my daughter. He also said that he had no idea if this room was cleaned or not or if someone would be in there, so if that was the case, just come back. There were wet/dirty towels laying on the floor outside in the hallway and old plates and general trash. The room was clearly a smoking room, which we requested non-smoking, which it smelled horrible. I actually put my suitcases in front of the door, just in case he handed out keys to our room, too. We did not feel safe. And there were no outlets by the bed and no clock. We had booked for 2 nights and promptly checked out in the morning. If it hadn't been so late when we arrived, I wouldn't have stayed the first night. Extremely disappointing.

Forgot to do our wake up call we’re within minutes of missing our flight dirty bathroom over charged for room and could not give receipts their printer was broken

I needed a hotel with an airport shuttle which they said they had. When I got there they didn't. That cost me having to hire transportation. The first room they put me in was so bad it smelled like a locker room. The second room was OK. The receptionist said the food in their restaurant was delicious so I had dinner there. Wrong. It was so bad I had to throw it away accept for the salad. Mashed potatoes were like soup and the whole dinner was cold. The steak was so tough I could not chew it and well done when I asked for rare. The cook would not cook me a new one. The bartender however was very nice and helpful.
