Couldn't get into building; clerk couldn't understand English to unlock entry door; no elevator to 2nd floor; no hot water for shower! $75 and no hot water 😱! Don't stay here!!!

We needed a place to sleep for the night while traveling cross-country and well… this was probably the grossest, outdated, rundown, smelliest, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were very kind and friendly, however the room was non-smoking and wreaked of cigarettes. The carpet is torn up throughout the hallways. The toilet had stains in it. I didn’t dare take a bath. The bedding seemed clean tho and the air conditioner worked consistently. The surrounding area didn’t seem too sketchy and our cars were safe overnight. If you stay here, make sure you have low expectations.

Blood stains on the comforter (1/4 spots), unfinished patches in wall, tub and shower require a deep clean. Toilet was unsanitarily dirty around base.

I didn’t even go in to the property the Days Inn on fifth Street in Pocatello Idaho. It looked terrible from the outside. It looked filthy on the outside, and there’s some rather interesting characters hanging around in the parking lot. We just drove away, and I found a room at the La Quinta Inn and suites.

We got checked in and when we got to the room the bed had hairs in it it was dirty lights were out and the toilet paper was not put in the holder the tv did not work the hair dryer was broken when we took showers the bathtub had hairs in it and was dirty it did not drain it was the worst experience we have had on this trip and when I brought it to managements attention I got a non caring attitude very unhappy that your company would associate with this hotel. And there is a sign in the room that says they change towels and sheets every 3 days yuck

I know you get what you pay for, but this was not a good value. The clerk was sleeping when I arrived and had to be called and woken (at 3pm) The halls were smelly and the room generally in poor condition

Very clean hotel. Easy to get to off I-15. Very comfortable beds. No weird smells. Great breakfast selections: waffles, juice, toast, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, apples. Would stay here again if we were in the area. Great experience. Quiet hotel, nice staff.
