Air conditioning smelled like burning hair, so we didn’t use it, the room was very hot, dead bolt on door didn’t work. Extremely noisy hotel guests.

Thanks for staying, we apologize for any inconvenience, you should have brought the things to our notice & we would have happily fixed. There was a party which stopped at 10:30 so there was no music after that!

I didn't like the tiny room, not enough towels, TV didn't work. People were hanging out in the parking lot all night. Never again!!!

It was surprisingly quiet and restful despite being next to a major highway. Being in a forested area helped. The room was small but well equipped (TV, Microwave, fridge etc.) Definitely, late '50's early 60's designed motel. Overall, it was very comfortable.

The appearance of the motel including the grounds was extremely nice. The staff and service were excellent and friendly. We would stay there again.

The whole building and room was sub par

Pros: nothing
Cons: There is just so much to change.
Location: The location was good. Easy access to the highway and downtown Rochester.
The main office and reception area were under construction so there was no common area. The room was old, crowded, not enough towels, and barely clean. The bathroom was so gross we didn't take showers. we opened both windows and the door to air it out until it got to cold outside to finish the job. Bad Bad smell. The lighting was poor and only one bed could see the TV. Lighting outside drew bugs so every time we opened the door we were inundated. I will never stay there again and am quite disappointed that your site even recommended it as a possibility.

Great Value and Staff

This is a great value!! The staff go out of there way to make you feel at home. Breakfast is very underated with Belgian Waffles and muffins and the best hot chocolate I've ever had! The room was clean and well appointed and they helped me dig my car out after a large snowfall. I will definitely stay here when in the Dover/Rochester area.

Clean & Easy to find

We stay for a weekend, durning the Rochester Fair.\nThe staff went out of there way to make us fell like family.\nVery clean and was easy to find.\nLoved the wireless Internet, worked great.\nWe will be back again\nThanks
