My plans changed due to winter storm conditions. I was not able to use the room. When I tried to cancel the reservation, and get a refund for the pre-booked room, it was denied because of the cancellation deadline in the contract had passed. I understand the need for policies and terms & conditions but would hope exceptions could be made for the good of customer relations. The forfeited money is a significant amount to me. I am disappointed with both the Hampton Inn and Travelocity from this experience.

Easy place to walk to everything. Staff super friendly. Room clean and comfy. Lobby comfortable with lots of treats like cookies, fruit, coffee water for the taking. Will stay again.
