My wife, kids and I had a poor experience staying at the property. The shower did not work, no one answered the front desk (3x calls), and a drunk guy tried to get in our room at 1:30AM. I was running a road race in the morning with a 5AM wakeup, so needless to say we won't be going back.

Toilet was broken, dish washer had dirty dishes in it and there was hair in bathroom corners. Tub spout was pulled away from wall. Overall bad experiance.

I reserved my room three weeks in advance. After four days on the road during the worst winter conditions, I arrived at check-in to find that they had sold my room and sent me to a different hotel across town. The other hotel was far inferior. I paid the same price I had reserved at Homewood By Hilton for a King Suite, and recieved at the Hampton Suites a tiny queen double room. Totally unacceptable !!!

The front desk said we had to paid reserved rooms so we tried to find a friend who could take one of the rooms then when we got here they said one wasn’t paid for .. dishes were dirty .. but other than that we like Homewood suites

Nice hotel with easy access to downtown

Pros: Clean and easy access to downtown.
Cons: If there were consistency between the hotel and Travelocity, that would be great.
Location: This is a wonderful town with many restaurants and pubs. Awesome small shops. Restaurant weeks and holiday celebrations.
Nice, clean hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast better than other Homewood Suites I have stayed at. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. A free shuttle into town. My only issue was actually with Travelocity.
