I expected more from this hotel. The sheets were dirty/stained. The table in the kitchen area was wobbly and uneven if you placed any pressure on it it shifted a lot to where you thought it was going to knock over. The shower made the fire alarm go off and the staff said give it a few mins it should stop... it didn’t so had to call again and they came up and sprayed can of air into the alarm. The automatic shades didn’t go up to allow sunlight in. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property was beautifully maintained. The suites are lovely, clean, well-appointed, and well decorated. Bathroom was spacious and very functional.The only problem was noise on a Friday night. Someone above us was clomping around and we heard loud music into the night. There was something happening in the function room, sonthe music was likely coming from that-And if I hadn’t been half asleep I would’ve called the front desk, which might’ve ameliorated the situation.

Nice newer hotel walking distance from everything.

We have nothing but good things to say. The place is newer and very clean. The room was perfect for us. I was surprised at how good the breakfast was.

Great Place to Stay In Portsmouth

We stayed two nights in early October. The staff was very professional and helpful including both the front desk and valet parking. Very good complimentary hot breakfast, The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city and is walking distance to everything. We were upgraded to a suite , probably as a first time visitor. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.

We felt very welcome

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This is a lovely Hotel in a Beautiful city, the staff was first class the room was very nice. The only drawback for some maybe you have to pay $12 a day for parking other than that a great trip!!
