"We booked a trip to San Francisco on a whim, and the Marina Motel had the best price for a last-minute 4-night stay. It was conveniently located for all the things we wanted to explore. Although the traffic noise was quite literally right outside the window, for what it was worth it was an easy and nice accommodation for us. "

"The only bad thing was parking- their parking garage had low clearance- suvs or normal size pickup trucks don’t fit & had to park in public garage across the street. And there was a puddle of urine next to my drivers side door the next morning."

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. "We only stayed one night. The room was clean. I only saw electric sockets on one side of the bed and on other walls, which wasn't great because i couldn't charge my phone near me. But not a big deal."

"It was a nice retreat after a busy day in the city. Pretty centrally located but still used an Uber to get around since we are older. Was not as close to some spots as I thought it would be but very well worth it. Felt very safe and was very quiet. A little outdated but was great for us if not looking for high class. The owner was wonderful and helpful. "
