From the comfortable furnishings inside, to the beautiful mature trees shading the fully fenced backyard with outdoor dining area and BBQ, our guests love that they feel right at home. You'll also receive passes to the Provo Rec Center with a 7 night stay, that includes free fitness classes, amazing gym, awesome pool with lazy river and rock wall, and much more! See you soon!

You'll feel right at home in this charming cottage just south of BYU campus. Completely remodeled and brand new! Enjoy sunsets on your cozy porch with comfy patio chairs. The front living room is comfortably chic with large couch, 55" smart tv, dedicated workspace, and even board games perfect for a competitive game night! The kitchen is a breath of fresh air, fully supplied with all the tools you may need, including Keurig, instant pot, slow cooker, toaster, and hand mixer. Comfortable dining area with custom built in seating and storage. The master bedroom has king bed with blackout curtains where you're certain to get a good nights sleep before adventuring! Have kids? Perfect - the second bedroom will create magical memories for them with a bunk bed trundle. Clean, comfortable and centrally located, you will love your time spent at the Mountainside Cottage.

The Mountainside Cottage doesn't have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home! No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space/neighbors.
