I had booked this property for a work trip. During my stay here my wife and I experienced multiple detractors ranging from the beds not being made, to the pool and hot tub being out of service (granted we stayed here for these amenities) on top of that the day that I was leaving for a meeting 45 min away. I got a call from the front desk telling me that my wife would be stuck at a hotel without running water for anywhere from 3-4 hours. I brought this up to the managnent and he seemed not surpirsed nor did he seem to see any issues with the lack of water we were finally moved to a different wing of the hotel that would still have water. This would actuslly end up being what i had actually booked and had paid more money for the "city view king suite" its listed as its highest end room mind you this comes with damaged and outdated furniture and a 20 inch tv again my wife was supposed to have certain amenities to help her pass the time while I was at work. We travel alot both for work and pleasure and thisnis hands down one of the worst, least accommodating places we have stayed i reached out to expedia about my concerns and they in turn emailed the manager who then had multiple opportunities to talk with me about the concerns he ignored them and to this day still has not responded to expedia. We made sure to document everything i personally would think twice before booking here.

Worth the Buck.
Good hotel for the money. We stayed a few days in the older section of hotel which had its positives and negatives. Positive was a big screen TV ! Negatives was creaky bathtub floor, loud bathroom fan, hot water ran out in AM’s which was unusual. But due to a water line leak, we moved to the newer side which is the side we usually are in. Only negative there is a smaller TV.

Rooms were very dark, limited lighting options. Two lights above headboard plus one at the entrance, and the ones above the headboard are very inconvenient to control. You have to get "OUT" of bed to turn them on or off, you cannot reach them from the bed. NO decaf coffee in the room or the breakfast room. They don't supply it for breakfast "because no body drinks it", this was a direct quote from the desk clerk. Last time I checked I was "somebody"!
