Need outlets for cpap machines at bedside. Internet was terrible no access or intermittent.

The staff was so friendly and sincere in interactions. Terry called me before arriving to see if a room change would meet with my approval. I’ve never had that courtesy before and I travel a lot with work and family trips. She was very courteous at every encounter. Front office staff was very accommodating. Housekeeping thorough. I’d say this trip of service was above and beyond. Will definitely refer friends and work associates.

The room was very clean. The heating/cooling unit (which was on heat during my stay) was obnoxiously loud and had no manual shut off.
