Relax with the whole family at this elegant house with Crest 90HP Pontoon boat (Available Memorial Day weekend through end of September 2 day minimum extra rental cost) & 2 stand-up paddle boards included complimentary. Torch Lake is the world's 3rd most beautiful lake, and the famous sandbar is nearby our house. Wonderful upgrades throughout to ensure a hospitable stay for all. We are within walking distance of private subdivision beach, Johnny's Torch Riviera restaurant and Torch Lake marina. Our house comfortably sleeps 7 with 2 full baths and spacious living area. The kitchen it fully equipped with all your major appliances including an ice maker, air fryer, coffee bar and more.

This spacious house is approximately 1200sq ft with parking for 3 vehicles and private backyard that overlooks Torch Lake. Guests' boats are not permitted due to parking.) Main bedroom has a king bed with TV and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunkbed over a full bunkbed. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers, the 2nd has a stackable washer and dryer. The living area has large sitting area with TV and large windows that overlook the lake and backyard. The kitchen is fully equipment with all your major large and small appliances, including an icemaker and wine cooler/mini fridge. Private back deck with dining table, gas grill, and propane firepit in the yard with additional seating.

You will have to sign a separate rental agreement and meet with our manager to go over boat operations and instruction before keys and private parking pass is given to guest. A credit card hold of $300 security deposit is required upon start of the boat rental. Boat rental includes 10 gallons of gas and extra gas can be purchased at local marina at guests' expense.

Beach access is just minutes from the Famous Torch Lake sand bar. No guest boats, trailers, jet skis or campers/Rvs are permitted with this house rental as there is no parking or docking available. NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO OUTSIDE GUESTS -All strictly enforced.
