No one answred the phone when we wanted to request a shuttle from the airport....several tries. Took a cab and there was no one at the desk to check us in for half an hour. A phone # was left but no one answered. Turns out he shuttle driver was also the front desk ckerk! NOT impressed!!

I arrived after the regular shuttle driver had gone, and the front desk clerk picked me up. He was so nice, kind, helpful. I don't know his name, I was too tired to ask, but he is a gem!
