Initial check in was good, however, upon returning from dinner we were told that we would not be able to stay the night as there was a water main break in the hotel, we were informed that there were no other hotel rooms available in the area, and the hotel check in person was unwilling to help us locate a place to spend the night. However , after spending 15 minutes on the phone I was able to secure two rooms within 5 miles of the original hotel. All of this is not what we expected after driving for 12 hours.

There was no bedding on the sleeper sofa. I had to go downstairs to the desk and get some. But all they had were blankets. Also, thr rooms were booked in my name but the hotel clerk gave my room to someone else in my party without checking for ID.

Was not aware that it is under renovation. It needs it. Hope the 3rd floor wasn't touched yet as the bathroom in room 215 is terrible. Caulking in tube area is terrible, spout in bathtub is extremely loose and no amount of caulking will solve the possible water penetration into the wall. Peeling wallpaper, toilet seat terrible. Outlets and switches need to be checked. Staff, of what there was, was great. Breakfast set-up was excellent.
