Could not accommodate more fees were added on to the room once arrive the toilet ran all night no one could help with the information and I’m still waiting on my deposit to be refund

I always love staying at the Embassy the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. However,The air conditioner was broken the entire weekend.

I had to kill two spider's, one was on top of the pillow and the other one was under the pillow. Lucky I check the room and the bed when I walk in the room. Over all room was nice.

oops what did we do wrong?

We love Embassy suites. Our only complaint for this stay had to do with the children who were not respectful to the other guests. They were loud, both in the morning and evening. But the staff was great, the hotel was clean & we enjoyed our stay in Richmond.

My room heat was inoperable and the room was super cold!!! I have a sick child and she was miserable!!!!!
