Staff are well trained and enjoy their work. Breakfast was great. Room carpet torn. While bathroom is well appointed, faucet is installed such that your hands don’t fit uhder it. Shower is so narrow you have to stand sideways.

Loved the Morning Breakfast and the Cook Tosha she was fabulous and went out of her way even on her Birthday to take care of my family. I have negatives it was an awesome trip because of how accommodating Holiday In Express and staff run.

Unfortunately we found bed bugs

Facts: The hotel appears well kept and the staff was nice but unfortunately we found bed bug debris on the mattress and a bed bug in our room! We notified the front desk immediately and were transferred to a new room. We were told that the manager would be in the next morning but she did not contact us to apologize (we were there for 2 nights). The girl at the front desk came back to the room with us to take a look and tried to tell us that it was a tick and that the black marks on the mattress were made by a marker! (It could have been her first time dealing with a bedbug report?) We talked to the manager on our way out to ask if our concern/problem was communicated with her and she said yes that we did find a bed bug, that they closed off the room and that they would have to call the exterminator to treat the room... I didn't sleep well and it caused me distress during my stay.

Clean, contemporary, and comfortable!

Pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! Originally booked at this hotel because we needed a suite to accommodate five people. I would book at this hotel again! Comfortable beds, quiet hotel, accommodating staff, and very clean and contemporary!

Daughters graduation

Hotel was excellent , staff was great and accommodating, room was clean and well stocked, had 0 issues with this hotel, breakfast was great kids loved it , and cookies and popcorn in the evening were a treat as well! We had 6 with us and nobody had any complaints , hot tub and pool were awesome, just a straight shot to the Gate at Ft Leonard woods
