Jacuzzi was shut down during the whole stay. And staff allowed loud music till after midnight. And not enough towels at pool. Then had to ask twice for clean towels in room. And had to ask for toilet paper because only a half a roll was provided in the room when checked In.

The hotel was nice And clean staff was nice .the only problem I had is I called the front desk 4 times to bring up a crib which I asked for in the room but I had to go all the way down stars cause they were not answering the phone . pool is closed cause of Covid witch was fine . Other then that no problems restaurant uno was horrible don’t eat there . Nasty pizza and forgot my salad .

Liked the water fountain that allowed us to refill water bottles and cups. I was not made aware of these and just happened upon it in my last hours at the hotel. Would have been helpful to know about this option at check in.

Clean, convenient and friendly

Easy directions, close to shopping and freeway. Rooms have good natural lighting, are VERY clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. the stay was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant provided room service and the food was good.

Nice hotel close to the highway

When I arrived my television didnt work and when I tried to call about it I realized the phone in my room didn't work. The hotel staff quickly came to the room to figure out what was going on. The television remote didn't have any batteries in it and the phone had to be recoded. Other than that the hotel was lovely. It smelled nice, was very clean and very modern. I'd definitely stay again.

Very NIce place to stay!!

Cons: Free Continental Breakfast would be a nice added touch for guests
Location: Great location....Easy to find
This Hotel is very clean, staff was friendly and I would recommend this hotel. VERY...VERY...COMFORTABLE.....beds and bedding!!!! Keep up the great work!!

Amazing beds, quiet room and a pool the kids loved

Pros: Pool, how quiet it was, did I mention the bed? The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the shower were a nice touch as well.
Cons: One really small complaint - we wished the bathroom had a fan in it. Otherwise we were extremely impressed!
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. There's an UNO's on site, be we recommend heading over to G's on Bay Rd. for amazing pizza.
We normally stay at a mother local hotel when we're in Saginaw (maybe 3 times a year), but due that hotel's hit and miss beds (some are really nice, others are rock hard) we decided to try something different, and we're glad we did! The Sheraton's beds are wonderful. We have a nice bed at home, and these are even nicer! Soft, but supportive, I got a great night's sleep. The pillows are really nice, too. It was almost impossible to get the kids out of the indoor/outdoor pool. Nice sized for a hotel pool, and the fact that they could be outside, and then inside was the "coolest thing ever" according to my 8 year old. We also appreciated that despite the hotel obviously being full, it was very quiet.
