After we were given our keys we went up to our room only to open the door and find people inside!! There was a mistake made and we had to wait an hour for someone to come clean a new room for us. The beds were comfortable and the building clean. But in the morning when we checked out, there was a man saying their shower was broken and then he turned to us and said that the manager and staff at the desk hadn't been wearing masks all morning so we should probably not eat the food. My husband also overheard the desk staff telling the manager that someone had a clock go off at 2 am and couldn't get it to shut off. So yes, we slept fine and the room was clean, but obviously there are some issues. I'd skip this place right now.

The dbl queen is so spacious!! The heated pool was actually heated!! I love a warm swim. So much easier to get in with the grandkids. Great stay! Will return.

we were unable to make our stay and tried to cancel our reservation 5 days in advance and they would not allow us to do so. The hotel charged us 150.00 even though we didn't stay and gave them sufficent notice.
