Just had a horrible night at Quality Inn in Saginaw. Bunch of teens and early 20s obnoxious asshats. Yelling from 1am to 4:15am and had exh room on either side of us and were fighting in the hallway. Front desk no help. Tried to tell them to leave but they obviously did not. Cops came. Still did no good. Operating on about an hour of sleep right now. Checked out and pointed out to clerk I was in the middle of all that all night and asked for a refund. Just said no they don’t do that. I said not even going to ask? No they don’t do that. Not even an apology. No customer service whatsoever.

When we arrived and checked in. We found the building to smell like cigarette smoke. The halls we littered with small garbage and the sink faucet was broken and barely attached. We did not stay we left it was so discusting

Room smelled of smoke, lots of activity in parking lot all night, stains all over the carpet. Mildew in every corner of the bathroom, broken beer bottles as far at the eye could see in the parking lot, property left everything to be desired
