Was there for 5 days when I booked a pet friendly room specifically and then get hit with a extra 84.75 in pet fee for my service dog when checking out and the rudest lady at front desk that wouldn't let a sentence come out of my mouth without cutting me off then ended up emailing the general manager and they were just as rude and tried accusing us of smoking in the room when neither of us smoke was quite funny and refused to refund the extra charges will never return after this

The Continental Breakfast was beyond incredible! My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was next to nil. This is one thing that should be addressed. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I travel to the area for work.
