The location was great. The breakfast was outstanding; best I’ve ever had at any hotel where breakfast is included with the room. The room was rather small.

Nice, about a mile from shopping and the locks

Pros: Just about everything. Can't really complain about much
Cons: Maybe have more staff for the breakfast. Ran out of a lot of things both mornings we were there.
Location: Only a little over a mile from shopping and the locks. Just over an hour to Taquamanon Falls.
We were in a 2 room suite. It was great as it had 2 bathrooms which made it so much easier with teenagers! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had no trouble with noise from the halls or other rooms when trying to sleep. The staff was very friendly and were able to answer questions about the area and events. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed one night but have stayed here many times. Great location and the hotel front desk is always helpful. Quiet, clean hotel.

Very comfortable for a business trip

I spent 1.5 weeks in this hotel for a business purpose. I was completely satisfied with the hotel. Most importantly, the Internet access was working reliably.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
It was a satisfying stay for us. I will use this hotel again in the future. The hotel is clean and the staff was amazing!

Honeymoon in Sault Sainte Marie

The hotel stay was fantastic. We went to visit my Fiance's family and decided to get married at the court house in the middle of winter. It was totally fabulouse. you could see the bridge and look out the window and see Canada. I loved every minute of our stay. The staff was Great anything we asked. The food was excellent. The hot tub and the pool watching the snow fall. Our son was 18 months old and he loved it too, it was the first time he had seen snow.
