It was just OK. There was a stain on the box spring cover. The bathroom door was warped and would not close all the way. Lighting was poor. I chose to skip the shower. The place just didn't seem very sanitary.

Room #203 say no to at desk, is right by the only ice machine (idk why people use so much ice !!!!! ) and the stairs (people pushed open that door and it slammed shut all night long ) At 8am got a knock “ housekeeping “ check out is supposed to be 1030 but I guess they are in hurry to cattle you in and cattle you out… Breakfast only runs to 930 am don’t go in there at 925 am she told us it was closed …. Lastly the pool and hot tub area is bubbly with chlorine overdose the PH level is off and the water just pops and swirls at the top .

I have never stayed here before- and I travel to and from VA regularly and stay in the Louisville area half way. Overall this was a nice place. It was in a very private location, so it felt safe. Nice and updated throughout. Room was clean and well appointed. I stayed on a Friday night so it was very busy. What could improve-- the bathroom fan in my room was hideously loud (room 123); the pool area was a nice size, pool was a good temperature, but the outer rim of the pool was really dirty and needed a good scrub with bleach and the same for the hot tub. The chlorine was so strong that I had to leave not too long after we got in, which made my toddler lose his everloving mind. Very nice staff.

Very clean and nice welcoming staff. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It is a lot better than other places we have stayed. I would highly recommend for an overnight stay.

My daughter had spilled her drink and it was a red drink and when checking out they weren’t gonna give me my cash deposit back because I had used a white towel to clean up the mess my daughter had made now remind you she has severe disabilities, they said it was hair dye and they couldn’t give deposit I even cleaned room and had trash and dirty linens by the door
