Driving in, you may see deer and quail. Walk up to the front door while listening to the birds in the trees along the road.
Great mountain views from the sliding glass door in the living room. Sit on the porch, watch the birds put on a show. Enjoy the gardens, blooming at different times of year.

Hawks, eagles, quail, deer, coyote, owls. Birds galore ! Junko's, Downy Woodpeckers, Chackadee's, Hummers all year, small hawk, large hawk. Finch, Quail. Borrow the binoculars, enjoy the bird book.
Large yard, gardens, open grassy area in front to throw a ball for your furry friend.
Smaller fenced grass area outside the back door.
The entire home is fenced with livestock panels, but will not contain smaller dogs. KEEP AN EYE ON SMALL DOGS. Eagles and hawks are common, as well as coyote.

Talk a walk to Railroad Bridge Park and the new Tribal Nature Center.
Bikes are welcome on the trail. Ride all the way to Port Angeles !
The Dungeness River is a short walk away in the park. Plenty of parking at the Nature Center if you choose to drive.

Downtown Sequim is close. Ride your bikes or take a short drive.

HD TV'S in living room and main bedroom.
ROKU sticks provided. Roku will have all the popular streaming sites, so you can sign in on your account. Roku also provides a lot of free tv viewing.

BBQ on patio, a table, bench, chairs, umbrella.

Enjoy the fountain off the back porch. (summer) The birds will put on a show for you in the fountain taking their morning bath in the warm weather
