Property needs a deep cleaning and more staff. I've stayed here a couple times now and both times it's been a hassle to get extra towels and get a hold of staff.

The first room smelt like vomit really bad. There was only one nice gal running the desk and 15 people in line. It took forever. Pool was dirty.

Excellent front desk and breakfast staff. Buffet had great selection. Pool filter didn’t appear to be working. Lounge had great atmosphere and prices. Ice bucket lid had dried juice. Bathroom no soap.

The property was nuce for the price. Nick at this location was fabulous! Took care of our supply (towels, coffe, etc) immediately! This was after we requested 3 times previously from other staff members. He's an asset to your hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Sheridan-Convention Center. Based on reviews that I had read, I knew that our room would not have a mini fridge or microwave unless I requested them, so I called ahead and Marc was so accommodating and kind. Our room was clean and overlooked the atrium, where it was fun to see soccer teams meeting for social time. The pool is on the smaller side, but my children still enjoyed it. They had run out of towels in the pool area and when I asked the front desk about getting more, they said that they were all out and suggested going to Walmart to buy our own. We just used the room towels, but I wondered if they were washing the towels to keep up with the demand. All in all, it was a pleasant hotel to stay in and we would definitely consider staying there again! Oh, one last thing: the rooms have 2 double beds or 1 queen bed or 1 king bed, but there are no rooms with 2 queens, so we utilized a roll-away.

Thank you for staying with us and for the kind words! Due to COVID there is a nationwide terry shortage and getting towels has been nearly impossible. The housekeepers were trying to keep up but they weren't very successful. We hope you had a great soccer tournament and a safe trip home!
