Enjoyed my stay at the hotel but unfortunately found a blood glucose test strip on the floor next to bed. Thankfully it was not used but nonetheless it was still displeasing to find that in my room.

Pros: Clean!
Cons: Pool and hot tub heater didn't work. But these things happen.
Location: Near lakes. Cute little town.
My husband, 2 yo daughter and I stayed the night at this hotel while visiting family. The lobby was welcoming and beautiful. The staff person was kind and helpful -- she let us park our boat and truck in a non-marked spot. The room was clean and spacious. I loved that there wasn't any comforters. Just beautiful bright white (completely washable) sheet and covers. The pool heater was broke, but we were notified upon checkin and they apologized right away. The breakfast was decent. Nothing special, but better than stale donuts.

Very disappointed overall...

Cons: dirty, poor customer service
We traveled for a family reunion and had several of our family members stay at this hotel. The staff was less than accommodating and lacked friendliness and professionalism. Some of our families reservations were not correct and were basically told "oh well". Our room was VERY dirty! It was as if the toilet had flooed at some point and the carpet had never been cleaned. You could smell and see it! We were not offered another room nor any type of compensation for the inconvenience. I work at a hotel and know what a guest expects and feel that I can be more understanding however do feel that this was a very negative experience for us and our entire family. It makes me question ever staying at this chain, and definitely never staying at the particular property, again.
