The bathtub has rust on it around the tub liner and the shower unit needs to have a new shower unit due to erosions, rust from wear and tear.

I checked in and was told they needed a copy of my debit card and that there would be nothing charged to it, went to order a pizza later that evening and found a $130 charge from the hotel on top of the $172 dollars I had paid Travelocity for my room !! Went to the front desk and the woman said I had to wait to talk to someone until the next day!! I’m not happy about this! Plus our room is l as than quality

I found bed bugs and took pictures. The hotel manager/possibly the owner came to our room to inspect my complaint. I showed him the picture he stated “ that is a bedbug but you did not take that picture here “! I then showed him the different spots on the bed and he grabbed the bug with his fingers mush them and said look they are not bedbugs. He stated they had all new beds, mattresses and headboards put into the hotel recently. This makes me very curious as to how bad the bedbugs were prior to the new bed. He agreed to change our room and I check the beds and they looked free of bedbugs. Call down a short time later to request new bedding due to the stains on the comforter. They brought me a new comforter. The room was not very clean the bathroom floor was dirty the toilet barely flushed The toilet paper dispenser was hanging off the wall by a couple loose screws. The heating system was not consistent it would not stay on, it was hot and cold all through the night. They did not offer a reduction in the nightly rate. I will not return to this property.

Our room was still dirty and smelled like urine. The hallway stunk of cigarettes and the back door was repeatedly propped open creating a safety concern. I told the front desk, moved rooms and no further action was taken regarding the other matters.

The property itself was nice, but the room had major issues. We got a jacuzzi room, and the first night after using it getting ready for bed there are a bunch of little bugs everywhere. Maintenance came and sprayed them then just left them. They sat until housekeeping came the next day to sweep them up. We pushed them into a corner with a towel so it wouldn't be all over. The housekeeper was sweet as can be, and then maintenance came. Again. They sprayed Raid or something, said there's no fumes and we should be fine. The room smelled like chemicals for almost two hours. The man at the front desk was super efficient and kind and called for maintenance right away. As we were checking out, cleaning up the room, even more bugs showed up. There were also bugs in the shower in the bathroom. You could see the hole in the floor they were coming from. All in all, it wasn't a great experience.
